DreamShop Refund & Return Policy

  1. Refund Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from DreamShop. If you’re not happy with the item you received, we offer a fair and transparent return and refund policy.

2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the item;
Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging;
Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return;
Final sale or clearance items cannot be returned unless defective.

3. How to Return
To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

Once approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions;
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or incorrect);
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.

4. Refund Method
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Stripe);
Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect, depending on your bank;
If the original payment method is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.

5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before shipment;
If the order has already been shipped, it must be returned using the standard return process;
If you contact us within 12 hours of placing the order, we will do our best to intercept the shipment.

6. Special Circumstances
If your item arrives damaged, lost in transit, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will prioritize resolving the issue;
We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds in cases of fraudulent or abusive behavior.
